Sizing Up Your Documents When Setting Them Up From Scratch! Scenario : An attorney brings to you a document that is composed of hand written pages, typed up pages that will be inserts, some of the typed up pages have document numbers where you can grab the material without having to type the insert related material. The attorney has asked you to please create a TOC, TOA and Index of Terms page. You are also informed that there will be an Exhibit A and B in the back of the documen t. So knowing this info upfront, how do we go about segmenting the document into its proper sections? Of course we need a cover page. Most probably it will need a border and will be centered vertically on the screen. Therefore we need a Section Break “Next Page ” after our cover page.
