Scenario: So, we just got word that we will be receiving a Data Entry type project. We were asked to pre number the cells so that the data entry operator just has to match the number and put in the appropriate information.

1. Open up your Excel file and put in your number "1" in your first cell as shown above. Follow that with Alt H F I S. Up Comes the "Series Dialog Box".



2. Choose "Columns" and the "Stop Value" is the number of cells you wish to number.

 3. Format the column to your liking and you are done!
