AdvanceTo Offers Tailored Classes!  Focus On Specific Items For Each Session...



AdvanceTo offers basic through advanced MS Office 2007-365, Adobe Pro, Nuance as well as Outlook.

We also offer specialty classes that focus on subjects that other people do not offer such as Fillable Forms, Merge, Document Compare/Track Changes, Power Point Presentations including music and narration as well as PDF Editing and numerous  procedures within Adobe.

But “Tailored Classes” place the student “in charge” of what they would like to focus on for that particular class. Let me give you some examples:

Student 1:  This student has a good grasp of creating styles but never went through the process of creating a Multilevel Outline.  They want their class to focus on setting up Multilevel Outlines within a Corporate legal document vs. a Litigation related legal document.

Student 2:  This student has not yet had  the chance to segment a document into various sections and to establish different numbering systems based on the separate sections of the document.  In this class we will have a cover page, TOC page, TOA Page, Index of Terms Page, main document followed by a number of exhibits in the back that also need their own sections and independent page numbering setups.

Student 3:  Student 3 needs to learn cross references of all types such as a cross reference to a paragraph, a page, a footnote followed by saving the document to a PDF and ensuring that those cross references that were created in MS Word are now active in the PDF as well.  

The above 3 hypothetical students are just examples of how you can tailor your class but keep in mind that we are open to all mix and match scenarios concerning closing the gaps in your knowledge base.

As with our other classes, tailored classes are hands on Zoom or phone spanning 4.5 hours (which can be divided into two sessions) and you have great narrative material, homework and follow up.  The cost is $175.00.  Those who purchase 2 or more classes receive a discount. All classes are thorough and you walk away with a lot of solid information you can make use of right away!
